Your cargo bike delivered at your doorstep

All cargo bike orders are delivered free of charge. Together with our transport operator Mainfreight, we make sure that your Babboe cargo bike will be delivered at your doorstep. Are you not satisfied with your cargo bike after 14 days? Return the cargo bike in the original package.

The delivery process

A few days before the dispatch of your order is transported to the United Kingdom, you will receive an email from our partner Mainfreight with a tracking code. If the delivery of your product has reached the regional depot in the United Kingdom, the transporting company will contact you to arrange the delivery of our products to your home. The delivery times can vary and can be found here.

Delivery cargo bike accessories

When you order cargo bike accessories in our webshop, the delivery costs are £5.99 per order, anywhere in the UK. All orders above £75 are delivered free of charge.

Fiddling with cardboard

We do our best to deliver your Babboe in top condition. This is why the cargo bike is wrapped up with quite some cardboard, but we found a solution for that. It’s possible to let your children fiddle with the cardboard and make their own cargo bike. Did you make a cargo bike out of cardboard? Let us know and send in your picture!
